Diabetes Diet Chart for Pakistani Patients | By LHV
As a Certified LHV from Multan, I help diabetic patients control sugar with Pakistani foods.
Medicine is important, but diet is the real key.
Here is a 5-point diabetes diet chart that I recommend to my patients for stable blood sugar.
Tip #1: Replace White Rice with Brown Rice or Daal Chawal
As a Certified LHV, I tell diabetic patients to stop white rice.
Brown rice and daal chawal release sugar slowly and prevent sudden sugar spikes after meals.
Tip #2: Eat Karela and Jamun for Natural Sugar Control
I recommend karela sabzi twice a week and jamun in season to my sugar patients.
Both have natural compounds that work like medicine to lower blood sugar levels.
Tip #3: Walk 30 Minutes After Dinner Daily
As an LHV, I advise all diabetic patients in Multan to walk 30 minutes after dinner.
This burns extra sugar from food and keeps fasting sugar normal in the morning.

I tell patients to soak 1 tsp methi dana at night and drink the water in the morning.
Methi improves insulin function and reduces sugar levels within 2 weeks naturally.
Tip #5: Eat Small 6 Meals Instead of 3 Big Meals
As a Certified LHV, I make diet charts with 6 small meals for diabetes patients.
Small meals keep sugar stable all day and stop weakness and dizziness.
