PCOS Diet Plan for Pakistani Women by Certified LHV
As a Certified LHV from Multan
I see 7 out of 10 women with PCOS.
Weight gain and irregular periods are the biggest problems.
Here is a simple PCOS diet plan with Pakistani foods that helps balance hormones naturally.
Tip #1: Start Your Day with Cinnamon Water
As a Certified LHV, I recommend 1 glass of cinnamon water on an empty stomach.
Cinnamon helps control insulin levels which is the main problem in PCOS patients in Pakistan.
Tip #2: Eat 2 Whole Eggs for Breakfast
As an LHV from Multan, I tell my PCOS patients to eat eggs daily.
Eggs have protein and healthy fats that reduce hair fall and improve egg quality for women trying to conceive.
Tip #3: Replace White Roti with Multigrain Roti
I advise switching from white atta to multigrain atta for PCOS.
Tip #4: Add 1 Spoon of Flax Seeds to Dahi
As a Certified LHV, I recommend flax seeds for hormone balance.
They contain omega-3 which reduces facial hair and regularizes periods naturally without mediciens.
Tip #5: Walk 20 Minutes After Every Meal
I tell my female patients that a 20-minute walk after roti and chawal is magic for PCOS.
It stops sugar from converting into fat and helps with insulin resist
